1.1 Overview

Laser cutting is a precise and efficient method for creating intricate designs and shapes. Our machines are equipped to handle various materials, and we’re excited to assist you with your projects.

​2. Preprocessing

Make any necessary adjustments to the design, remove all overlapping lines.

Save the file format to PDF or DXF.

3. Technical Design

Specify cut lines and engraving lines.

Use different line colors to differentiate between cut-through and laser marking:

Red: Marking only

Black: Cut through

4. Lead Planning

Optimize material usage to minimize waste.

Arrange designs efficiently according to the material size, leave some allowance all around for easy handling/cutting

​5. Ordering Process

Visit our workshop to place orders, or you may send us email/whatsapp to get the quotation.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Completion time depends on the quantity of boards to cut (usually 1–2 days).

6. Pricing

Student rate: $2.00 per minute based on machine running time.
